The Sunnyside Retreat is just minutes down the road from the Fishin’ Hole Restaurant and a gas station/liquor convenient store. Prizer Point Marina is 5 minutes away and offers boat and jet ski rentals as well as a restaurant on site. Multiple boat ramps are nearby. Things to do in addition to water activities and fishing, experience the Land Between the Lakes, golfing, antiquing and enjoying family, friends and beautiful scenery.
